This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of Grande Prairie is issuing a 9-1-1 Service Outage alert.

9-1-1 Services in Northwest Alberta are now operational through partner 9-1-1 agencies. Telus continues to investigate the outage. The critical alert is being downgraded to an advisory. Area: (This alert is in effect for Northwest Alberta.)

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of Grande Prairie is issuing a 9-1-1 Service Outage alert.

Grande Prairie 9-1-1 is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is unavailable. Telus is investigating. This outage affects the ability to call 9-1-1 on both cell phones and landlines. Residents in the affected area may not be able to get through when dialing 9-1-1. Area: (This alert is in effect for Northwest Alberta.)
