This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The County of Grande Prairie has issued a Wildfire alert.
There is a wildfire 7 km west of the Alberta/BC border. Winds are pushing the fire east. The situation is being monitored and if conditions do not improve, an evacuation will be required.
Area: (This alert is in effect for everyone located north of Township Road 720 to Township Road 732, east of the BC/Alberta border to Range Road 130. )
