Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms which may produce tornadoes late this afternoon and this evening. Strong winds, large hail and heavy rain are also possible. ### This is a dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation. Tornado watches are issued when atmospheric conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms that could produce tornadoes. This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The MD of Opportunity has updated the wildfire alert.

The MD of Opportunity has rescinded the Evacuation Order due to SWF092, as the fire poses no immediate threat to the residents at this time. However, a 2 hour Evacuation Alert (be prepared to evacuate with two hours' notice) remains in place for all those in the vicinity of the fire. Area: (The Evacuation Order is no longer in effect for Red Earth Creek.)

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Loon River First Nation has rescinded its Evacuation Order. Loon River First Nation has rescinded the Evacuation Order due to the Red Earth Complex Fire, as the fire poses no immediate threat to residents, at this time. However, a 2 hour Evacuation Alert remains in place for all those in the vicinity of the fire, and residents should remain prepared should conditions change. Area: (This in effect for the community of Loon Lake .)

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Saddle Hills County has rescinded its Evacuation Order.

Saddle Hills County has rescinded the Evacuation Order due to the Hamelin Creek Wildfire (GWF028), as the fire poses no immediate threat to residents, at this time. However, an Evacuation Alert remains in place for all those in the vicinity of the fire, and residents should remain prepared should conditions change. Area: (The Hamelin Creek Wildfire is located in the Blueberry Mountain area.)
