Ladies and gentlemen, Brenda Robinson returns October 5th with food, laughter, and life-changing ways to find your balance, with two engaging and uplifting sessions.

Session 1 – The Power of Positivity
Life is stressful, and change is unpredictable. We’re all adapting constantly, and it’s not always easy. Brenda will share ways to embrace change, build resilience, and find joy in the everyday. Break to nourish our bodies with a delicious continental brunch.

Session 2 – Work to Live, Live to Work
Work is a big part of life… but is it taking over your life? This session will challenge how you think about work-life balance. Practice “creative procrastination.” Learn to say “not me” (positively!) Take charge without taking all the responsibility. Seek solutions instead of getting stuck in problems. Optional: End your day with a relaxing 30-minute chair yoga session the perfect way to leave refreshed, recharged and inspired.
