Senior Transportation Services Driver

Relief Position

Thorhild County is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to provide transportation services for seniors in our community.

• Provide driving services and assistance to seniors based on community needs and priorities.
• Responsible for collection of fees and travel reports.

• Valid Class 4 Drivers License
• Valid Standard First Aid Level 1 CPR Certificate
• Willingness and flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings or weekends, based on program needs.
• Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods and to perform a variety of light manual tasks (lifting, squatting, bending and twisting). Work may be performed with exposure to the outdoor elements.
• Successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Records Check, Driver’s Abstract and Fitness to Work Assessment.

Due to the nature of this casual, as needed position, there is no guarantee of scheduled hours.

Position will remain open until suitable candidate is hired.
