Road Order 01-2026

Effective April 2, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

Effective Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM, 75% axle weight restrictions will be enforced on select municipal roads. These restrictions are necessary to preserve the integrity and lifespan of municipal roadways.

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The High Prairie RCMP has issued a Dangerous Person Alert.

There are four male suspects who are armed with firearms and considered dangerous. They have fled on foot near 750 Highway and Nahachick Road. The suspects are indigenous males with firearms. Area: (This alert is in effect for Atikameg First Nations and surrounding areas.)
