Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB):
THE LAND USE BY-LAW provides that any person claiming to be affected by a decision of
the Municipal Development Authority may appeal by serving written Notice of Appeal to
the Clerk of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, PO Box 10, Thorhild, AB,
TOA 3JO within twenty one (21) days after the decision is made. Any party wishing to
initiate an appeal to be heard by the County’s Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
must submit a non-refundable fee of $200.00 in order for the appeal to be accepted.
