If you wish to appeal this decision, you must appeal to one of the following appeal bodies:  (see below for details) 

Land and Property Rights Tribunal

This is the appropriate appeal body if the application is the subject of a licence, permit, approval, or other authorization granted by the Minister of Environment and Parks or granted under any act the minister is responsible for under section 16 of the Government Organization Act, or granted by the Natural Resources Conservation Board, Energy Resources Conservation Board, Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Energy and Utilities Board or Alberta Utilities Commission. You can file an appeal via email or by mail to 2nd floor, Summerside Business Centre, 1229 - 91 St. SW., Edmonton, AB T6X 1E9. Telephone enquiries can be made to 780-427-2444.

Box 10, 801 – 1st Street, Thorhild, AB, T0A 3J0.  Telephone enquiries can also be made to the Planning & Development Department at 780-398-3741.  Pursuant to Section 686 (1) of the Municipal Government Act, an appeal may be commenced by filing a notice of appeal within 21 days of the decision date.  Please note that there is a $200.00 fee for any appeal.

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The Village of Alix and The Village of Clive have issued a Water Supply Alert

The Stettler Water Treatment Plant has communicated that the repairs are complete. Operators are now working with Alberta Environment and Alberta Health Services regarding safety protocols. Water Conservation remains in effect until further communication is given. The Village of Alix and The Village of Clive remain in Stage Three of Water Conservation. Area: (This alert is in effect for the Village of Alix and the Village of Clive)

Water Conservation is effective immediately. The Stettler Water Treatment Plant has had a leak on the main water line, as a result they are currently unable to move water through the system.
