Gas Line Strike

UPDATE:
The natural gas services are restored and back in service. Staff are visiting homes and buildings to reignite pilot lights. Please call our office at 780-398-3741 if you require further assistance.

A gas line has been struck in the Hamlet of Thorhild, leading to an immediate shutdown of natural gas services. Our crews are working diligently to restore the line as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The Town of Crossfield advises that the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. Results from water quality testing by Alberta Health Services are still pending, and the Town anticipates we will be able to provide further direction on the advisory by Saturday evening.
