Strong winds, large hail and heavy rain are also possible. The greatest risk for tornadoes will be through 7 PM local time. Any storm with the potential to produce tornadoes will be accompanied by hail up to the size of baseballs. ### Significant damage or destruction to infrastructure, homes and the natural environment is possible. Tornado watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes.
