This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Yellowhead County has updated its Wildfire Alert for Robb and Mercoal

The evacuation order for the community of Robb, Mercoal and area has been lifted. The area remains under an evacuation alert. Be prepared to evacuate on short notice as the fire is still burning. Area: (This alert is in effect for the Robb and Mercoal area.)

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The County of Grande Prairie has issued an evacuation order and has expanded the evacuation alert area due to a wildfire.

The wildfire has now crossed the AB/BC Provincial border. Area: (The current evacuation alert remains in effect and has expanded to include everyone south of Township Road 710 to 700 east of the British Columbia border to Range Road 130. The evacuation order remains in effect for everyone located north of Township Road 710 to Township Road 740, east of the BC/Alberta border to Range Road 130.)

The 'Slims Creek Wildfire' 050 is moving eastward to highway 35. Wind and dry conditions are fueling the fire. Area: (The County of Northern Lights issues an Evacuation Alert for Residents in the Hawk Hills Area.)
