Proposal: A request for approval of a major rear-yard setback deficiency and a minor side-yard setback deficiency for a new Single Detached Dwelling within the Hamlet of Long Lake.

The application was tabled by the Municipal Planning Commission on July 14, 2026, pending receipt of additional information.
