**UPDATE**

March 5, 2024

The repair of the hydrant leak at the intersection of 50th Street and 51st Avenue in the Hamlet of Newbrook has been delayed due to the cold weather. To thaw the work area, a generator and ground heater remain in place. We are expecting the repair work to begin on Thursday, March 7th.

***************

Utility crews are currently addressing a hydrant leak in the Hamlet of Newbrook at the intersection of 50th Street and 51st Avenue, north of the post office. A heater is being used to thaw the ground and enable the excavation and repair of the hydrant. Please slow down and watch for workers in the area.
