Natural Gas Installation
Property owners requiring a new natural gas service or a secondary line to their home, business, or farm are asked to call 780-398-3741 ext. 2811 or utilities@thorhildcounty.com to request a new rural natural gas infill.
When contacting Thorhild County, please state the address or legal description and the type of installation required.
The cost for a new rural natural gas infill is $8,000 plus GST. The cost for a new urban natural gas infill is $3,000 plus GST.
The application deadline is August 31 of each year..
