Agricultural Service Board Member Opening

This committee provides input on agriculture-related issues that impact our community.  Your ideas will help inform County Council’s decisions and develop policies that will promote sustainable practices and improve economic viability for producers in the region.  Board members are also involved in the H2C Partnership Advisory Committee (Highway 2 Conservation) and help review and approve conservation projects on agricultural land in the County. 

We have three opportunities to join the board.  Members must reside in Thorhild County.

Members shall be appointed to the Board for a staggered term as follows:

• 2 for two years
• 1 for three years
