Thorhild County is accepting applications from individuals interested in serving as public members on the following boards and committees:

• Agricultural Service Board
• Community Economic Development Advisory Board
• Redwater & District Chamber of Commerce
• Soil Conservation Act Appeal Committee
• Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
• Thorhild County Library Board
• Weed and Pest Appeal Committee

Serving as a public member is an opportunity to contribute your knowledge, experience, and perspective to matters affecting Thorhild County. Eligibility, meeting schedules, appointment terms, and training requirements vary by position. Application deadline: 12:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2026.
