Northbrook and Pinebrook subdivisions will be having road work undertaken commencing Monday, September 15^th, 2025. The work involves subgrade preparation for the placement of new cold mix aggregate.

Within Northbrook subdivision the working limits will be from the north entrance to approximately 550 meters to a location just west of Alder Close.  The work within Pinebrook will be focused on Pinebrook Drive South for approximately 400 meters.  This program will focus on a staged approach to re-establishing paved cold mix surfaces within the subdivisions.
