Emergency Alerts

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert for Cypress County. There is a wildfire east of Dunmore requiring evacuation.

A wildfire is threatening residential homes. Winds are coming from the west. Area: (The wildfire is south of Highway 1 along Range Road 40.)

This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Clearwater County has extended its wildfire alert.

There is an out of control wildfire approximately 5 km north of the James-Wilson Provincial Recreation Area, northwest of Sundre near Highway 40 (Forestry Trunk Road) and Highway 584.) Area: (This alert remains in effect for the southern portion of Clearwater County, South of Township 35, East of Range 13, West of Hwy 22, as per the attached map.)
